Permitted Use, User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

- Using false identities, other people's payment accounts, multiple accounts or account transfers.
- Exploit bots, scripts, information extraction, system cracking, software modification or technical flaws.
- Collusion with other users, match or market influence, money laundering, fraud or illegal money transfer.
- Chargebacks, concealing the origin of transactions or avoiding verification despite no actual wrongdoing.
- The same person, family, device or payment method cannot be availed more than once, unless prohibited by the offer rules.
- Bonus results cannot be artificially transferred, reverse bets, combined bets or prohibited gameplay.
- Obvious errors in odds, results or displayed values should be reported to support without placing a new bet.
- It is the user's responsibility to comply with local laws, tax or reporting obligations.
l89 may review relevant information, request additional documents, and limit activity pending an investigation if a potential violation is identified. The type of action taken will depend on the evidence, specific rules, contractual rights and applicable law.
Deposit, Withdrawal, Transaction and Promotion Rules

Changes to Terms, Applicable Rules and Complaint Procedures

Applicable laws and exclusions
